We are a small
stud situated in the Weald of Kent.
Our aim being to
breed quality horses, true to type,
with outstanding temperaments, movement and ability. |

Our village, Smarden, is know for it's
traditional oast houses and hop farms and also made famous in the making of many
films and TV programmes including "Miss Marple" and of course the legendary "Darling
Buds of May" to name but a few. We are in an area of
outstanding beauty and conservation and have won "Village of The Year" many times. Our village is also home to the "Big Cats" breeding and release
programme (Born Free) and to hear lions on a still night is a chilling thing. Even our
dogs - "Rhodesian Ridgebacks" - known as the "Lion Dogs" run
inside when they hear them roar! Above all, Smarden is the home
of the much loved and treasured "Trevelyan". |
